In 'Building the Literacy Bridge in the E/LA and Social Studies Classroom' proven and practical strategies will be examined in building reading fluency for middle level learners. We will not only discuss the benefits of effective literacy instruction in the two subject areas, but also provide effective strategies and resources for content area reading.
