Our session will explain 1) the importance and role of each team member who attends Kidtalk (counselor, administrator, teacher) 2) what is shared with the team at the first meeting of the year to set the parameters of the) the importance of remaining in a solution-oriented stance during the meeting and how to keep the group solution-oriented 4) how the information is tracked month by month. We will share a template of the document we use to drive our discussion.
